HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
UK and Europe standard delivery takes 3-4 working days USA between 5-10 working days and Rest of the World between 5-10 working days.
Due to unprecedented demand, we're experiencing shortages for some items and longer delivery times than usual.
We apologise and are working hard to restock as quickly and safely as possible. If you're unable to complete your order, please try again in a few days.
CUSTOM FEES
We try our best to ship our orders so you don't incur any custom charges.
Sometimes however on occasion there can be customs charges which are unavoidable.
Customers will be responsible for any custom fees.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
Every AKRO order ships via a trackable delivery method. The tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Obviously, we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new AKRO perfume. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us within 14 days by following the procedure outlined below.
The products must be returned to the address indicated below in their original condition sealed, accompanied by the original delivery note and the completed return form.

No open or used products can be returned or exchanged.
Attention, the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer the possibility of return or exchange of products purchased on the site akrofragrances.com at our pop up stores or physical points of sale.
WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on any delivery charges. Therefore the amount refunded to your card will be the price of the items minus any delivery charges.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control.
Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of payment.
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to refund you in full. Please follow the same procedure as above.
JUST A FEW OTHER THINGS...
Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. Therefore please send any returns via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept any responsibility for loss in the post.
